For each group healing, I choose a theme with corresponding activation.
This unique experience lasts about 1.5 hours. At the start, I gently guide you out of your stream of thoughts into deep relaxation. We start with release meditation that turns into a trance journey, you go on a journey with your energetic body. The theme determines where the energetic journey goes. When the music gets louder, the energy transmission starts you may just let go and enjoy the music.
Everyone experiences an energy transmission otherwise and every transmission is also different. Some will mostly feel, others see and still others get insights.
20% of transmission you experience during the transmission, 80% the weeks afterwards.
During a group transmission, you come into surrender more easily because the reactions of others such as laughing, crying or shouting encourage you to let go of control too.
Dutch is the working language
Activation occurs in light language, the language of the soul, it is completely normal that you don't understand this one, your soul does understand it, don't go into resistance but just receive it.

1 on 1 Healings
Individual healings are very intuitive. They can consist of a chakra clearing, constellation, inner child healing, trance journey, energy transmission. I tune into your soul beforehand to determine which themes may be addressed.
You will receive your personal playlist afterwards.

Practical
If it is your first soulful energy transmission , you will receive in advance a video with some additional explanations so we can start the day right away.
Come on time, but also not much too early as the door opens only 10 minutes before the start. Wear comfortable clothing. Some get too hot because of the high frequencies and still others get too cold because of this. Therefore, make sure you dress in layers and wear a pair of stockings. If you are sensitive to light, it may be nice to bring an eye mask. To help you come into surrender there will be loud music, you may wear earplugs if you deem it necessary.
After the energetic healing you will receive a mail with tips to integrate, to keep your experience as long as possible. The tips also include a audio file with a relaxing trance journey that helps you anchor your experience.
Appointments and contraindications
To optimise your experience I recommend no alcohol 3 days beforehand or drugs/plant medicines. It is also good to avoid meat, sugars and other stimulants.
Despite being a safe form of healing, energy transmissions are not recommended for the following contraindications. History of mania, delusions, psychosis or severe anxiety disorder, epilepsy, severe heart problems and pregnancy from the third trimester onwards.
